INTERIOR DESIGN
PROCESS

Cotton and Yarn Interiors provides a comprehensive interior design and decorating service for the Residential and Commercial Industry. The design process mentioned below serves as a guide for the expected workflow to ensure client satisfaction.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

An opportunity to meet at the client's home without obligation to discuss scope of services, overall vision, timings and budget of the project, which creates the agreed upon design brief

2. CONCEPT PRESENTATION AND COSTING

Design concept will be presented which comprises of but not limited to mood boards, samples, swatches, furniture layouts, sketches etc. giving the client the ability to envisage the end result. A detailed pro-forma invoice to outline costing will accompany design concept and deadline projections will be advised. At this point any adjustments required by client to the design concept and/or costing will be discussed and noted.

3. FORMALITIES

On approval of outlined work proposed client will be required to sign off on the design concept, quote and the companies T&C. Project will commence post required deposit provided.

4. ON GOING TRACKING AND FOLLOW UP MEETINGS

Frequent updates and site meetings with the client and third parties, ensuring all parties are working coherently with one vision and that the deadline in mind will be adhered to. All aspect of the project will be continuously reviewed and crucial quality checks will be carried out.

5. PROJECT COMPLETION AND HANDOVER

This is the significant and existing stage that sets into motion the handover of the concluded project, the steps that pull together all the required elements to create the visualized look. This stage encompasses installation, delivery of furnishings and accessories, styling etc. Client can voice any snags or minor adjustments, which will be attended to without delay. Project will only be deemed as complete upon client's fulfillment and uncompromised satisfaction
